In 1962 in pursuing an old family tradition of craftsmanship, Giorgio Senatore founded the eponymous firm which specialised in the production of interior and exterior doors and windows. During the Sixties the company grew rapidly, gained credibility and increased its clientele, while introducing innovations it assumed a decidedly industrial orientation. This led to building in 1969, in Ercolano, a first industrial plant that expanded thereafter and included separated productions lines, one for doors and one for windows.
The ancient craftsmanship is combined with a marked trend towards innovation and design, fueled by the constant commitment of the internal GS lab research laboratory. New product lines developed with aluminum used alongside wood, first in the window lines and later in those of doors, while fire- and sound-proofing technologies were perfected, begins a production specialization activity by product lines, now also extended to Boiserie, Partition walls, walk-in closets, which strengthens its positioning on the market thanks to the wide range and a high production flexibility, which goes up to the customizations.
